Olena leads the strategic direction of every client engagement. She works with clients to define the problem, structure the content system, select the appropriate production approach and connect individual deliverables to a workable long-term process.
Her broader professional experience spans more than a decade across business development, digital design, programme management, communication and creative technology. Since establishing Soinikova Digital in Athens in 2023, she has focused that experience on AI-supported communication systems for European organisations.
Olena is a HeyGen Ambassador and has been recognised through Visa Everywhere Pioneers 2025 and the Ventures Beyond Borders Accelerator 2025. The team handles specialised research, production, editing and delivery. Strategic direction, system architecture and the client relationship remain directly led by Olena.
