Production capacity
your team is missing

For EU-funded projects, programmes, associations and expert organisations with recurring video, web, visual, editorial and multilingual work—without hiring a full internal production team.

You keep the communication priorities, source material and final approval. One Soinikova Digital team handles the agreed production mix instead of you coordinating several suppliers.

Communication Production Partnership

From recurring workload to finished communication assets

  • Set the priorities Quarterly production plan
  • Produce the assets Video, web, visual and editorial
  • Reuse what works Templates, files and terminology
--- The production gap

Your team knows what needs to be communicated. Producing it all is the bottleneck.

Results, expert insights, partner updates, reporting milestones and events keep creating work. The communication lead becomes the coordinator of designers, editors, translators and web suppliers instead of managing the message.

Continuous workload

The requests do not stop

Project news, events, deliverables and stakeholder communication create new production tasks throughout the project.

Several disciplines

One update becomes several production tasks

The same result may need a web page, short video, presentation, partner graphics and language versions.

Repeated briefing

The same files are briefed for the fifth time

Brand guidance, terminology, approval rules and source material are explained again to each new supplier. Time that should go to the message goes into coordination.

--- What you buy

Keep communication ownership. Add the production capacity you are missing.

This is a retained production relationship across agreed formats. Your organisation keeps strategy and final approval; Soinikova Digital becomes the production layer.

Your team already has

The communication plan, expert input, project information, channels, brand and final approval.

Priorities Source material Approvals

We add the missing layer

Reserved production capacity, one request queue and coordinated execution across video, web, visual, written and multilingual work.

Approved communication assets, a visible delivery record and organised templates and files for the next cycle.

--- Reserved monthly production

Monthly capacity. Your priorities decide what gets produced.

The production mix follows your priorities, not a fixed menu. We agree the available capacity and priority formats for the quarter, then adjust the mix from month to month.

Web

News, result pages, event updates and landing pages.

Video

Explainers, AI-avatar videos, short edits and subtitles.

Editorial

Project stories, case summaries and newsletter content.

Visual

Presentations, factsheets, infographics and partner assets.

Multilingual

Adaptations and versions for the agreed project languages.

01 / Recurring production

The work that returns every month

Regular, divisible tasks that fit a shared workflow.

02 / Campaign production

Extra coordination around a milestone

Use planned capacity for a connected campaign or event package.

03 / Separate scope

Large work stays clearly priced

Major builds receive their own brief, timeline and estimate.

---The operating model

Quarterly priorities. Monthly production. Visible delivery.

01

Set up the working system

During the first two to three weeks, we learn your project, brand, audiences, languages, files and approval roles. Your named reviewer joins one introductory session and gives access to existing working files.

02

Plan the quarter

We map milestones, campaign peaks and recurring production priorities.

03

Queue the work

Requests enter one priority list, usually with one or two active at a time.

04

Produce and approve

We create the assets; your named reviewer approves the message and language versions.

05

Report and improve

We record delivery and update reusable formats, files and terminology.

--- Why the relationship continues

Less coordination. Faster starts. More value from work already approved.

The same team retains the context, so each production cycle starts with more of the groundwork already in place.

Month 1

We learn your organisation and working rules

We organise access, source files, brand guidance, language responsibilities, request flow and approval stages.

Month 2

Less briefing, faster delivery

The team already knows the context. Approved page structures, video formats, visual templates and terminology support the next request.

Month 3

Your team reuses what was built

Finished assets, editable components and recurring campaign formats remain organised and ready for the next communication cycle.

--- Scope and delivery visibility

You know what is in production, what needs approval and what has been delivered.

The proposal defines monthly capacity, included formats, active requests, revision rounds and expected turnaround. Larger requests are identified before they consume the monthly plan.

Delivery reporting shows outputs, formats, languages, dates and links. Where channel access is available, performance data helps set priorities for the next quarter.

The available production time is agreed in advance.

Priority queue

Every request has a place and current status.

--- Questions

Common questions

We are not an EU-funded project. Is this still relevant?
Yes. The same model can fit associations, consultancies and expert organisations with recurring communication work. Your workload does not need to be Horizon-scale; the monthly capacity is scoped around the formats and production rhythm you actually need.
Is this social media management?
No. The partnership covers production across the agreed formats. Publishing, community management, paid advertising and channel ownership are included only if they are explicitly scoped.
Do we receive the same number of assets every month?
The monthly capacity is fixed in the proposal, while the output mix can follow current priorities. A video, a web update and a multilingual factsheet require different levels of production, so each request is assessed before it enters the queue.
How do you measure delivery?
The partnership does not promise marketing outcomes such as leads or follower growth. It measures and reports what it directly controls: completed outputs, formats, languages, turnaround dates and delivery links. Where channel data is available, it informs the next quarter’s plan.
How long is the partnership?
The recommended starting period is three months: enough time to complete onboarding, establish a working rhythm and review the real production mix. Longer arrangements can then continue in agreed periods or through an institutional framework.
Can this work through an EU-project procurement process?
Yes, where your project rules and approved budget allow it. The scope can define tasks, capacity, acceptance steps and call-off assignments. Your organisation remains responsible for its procurement and grant requirements.
