Where AI-supported technologies form part of a client project, relevant intellectual-property rights, usage rights and restrictions may depend on:

• the individual agreement with the client.

Soinikova Digital does not guarantee intellectual-property protection or exclusivity beyond what can legally and contractually be provided for the relevant deliverable.
